My integrative therapy style is a flexible, personalized approach that blends evidence-based techniques with holistic practices to fit your unique needs, life experiences, and goals.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, it draws from a range of therapeutic methods—like, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic practices, expressive arts, self-compassion, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and psychodynamic insights.
Integrative therapy can help you reconnect with what truly matters. We’ll explore your values, identify self-limiting beliefs, and build practical tools to help you live more intentionally.
Over time, this process can lead to greater emotional clarity, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of joy and purpose.
Whether you’re navigating stress at work, healing from trauma, facing relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands—you don’t have to do it alone. My integrative therapy style offers a safe, grounded space to explore what’s weighing on you and move toward the life you want to live.
At A New Page Integrative Therapy, I specialize in working with adults—especially women who are ready to make meaningful shifts in their emotional health, relationships, and self-worth.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
From our very first session, therapy is about you—your story, your goals, and the pace that feels right. We’ll start by understanding what brings you in and what matters most to you. Using a blend of evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, I’ll tailor each session to your specific needs.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and always collaborative. You’re the expert on your life—I’m here to support your insight, growth, and healing with curiosity, care, and a few well-placed tools along the way.
The first step towards transforming your life is to take action. Contact me today to schedule your free consultation and start your journey towards a happier, healthier you.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from yourself or others—you’re not alone.

You Might Be Ready for Therapy If You're Feeling...
Therapy with me is rooted in a thoughtful blend of methods guided by research and 16+ years of clinical experience. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Starting therapy is a brave first step toward meaningful change.
I understand that life is full and your time is valuable. That’s why I offer a range of appointment times designed to accommodate anyone juggling a demanding schedule. In addition to standard weekday availability, I offer evening sessions and Saturday morning appointments to provide flexibility and make it easier for you to prioritize your well being.
The frequency of sessions will depend on your unique needs and goals. Clients starting out typically attend therapy once a week, or every two weeks. While others who reach a maintenance stage may attend less frequently such as monthly or quarterly. We'll work together to develop your personalized plan.
In your first therapy session, we'll talk about your personal history and any current struggles you may be experiencing. We'll also discuss your reasons for seeking support, options for integrative approaches that are a good fit for you, and I'll answer any questions you may have.
