I help people—especially women— who feel stuck or disconnected find clarity, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with who they are—without pressure, judgment, or needing to have it all figured out.
Many of my clients arrive feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They’re balancing demanding careers, caregiving roles, and relationships—often putting others first until their own needs feel like an afterthought. They’re exhausted, stretched thin, and ready for something to change.
If that resonates, you’re not alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, unresolved trauma, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions—helping them reconnect with themselves and create space for healing, clarity, and growth.
Whether you’re moving through anxiety or grief, healing from trauma, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again—therapy can be a powerful place to start.
Nearly twenty years of experience in the field has shaped the way I approach therapy.
At the heart of my work is a steady trust in your ability to heal, grow, and create a life that feels aligned and authentic.
My approach is both deeply human and clinically grounded—rooted in compassion, professional expertise, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing. I bring a trauma-informed lens to every session, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported—without pressure to perform or explain everything perfectly.
Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all method, I take the time to understand your lived experiences, values, and goals creating a therapy process that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and always collaborative. You’re the expert on your life—I’m here to support your insight, growth, and healing with curiosity, care, and a few well-placed tools along the way.
Hi, I’m Malissa Page, LCSW, BCD—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Washington, and a Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. For nearly two decades, I’ve supported people through trauma recovery, emotional resilience, and meaningful change—with a particular focus on women’s mental health.
My first role as a counselor was in 2006 helping women heal after relationship abuse. Since then, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of life experiences—from military trauma and PTSD to burnout, anxiety, grief and loss, and the quiet overwhelm that so many high-functioning professionals carry beneath the surface.
After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of Washington in 2009, I continued my education with a postgraduate certificate in the Assessment & Treatment of Psychological Trauma.
I’m trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and most recently Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)—and I’m always learning, refining, and expanding my therapeutic toolkit.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked over a decade at the Department of Veterans Affairs, provided trauma-focused therapy to Combat Veterans and survivors of Military Sexual Trauma, and served in leadership as a Supervisory Social Worker.
I’ve also created and led women’s empowerment workshops, therapy groups, and professional trainings for social service and healthcare providers.
Today, I bring all of that experience into each session—with compassion, curiosity, and a steady presence.
I believe therapy is a collaborative space where your voice leads the way.
My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and practical tools to help you move forward—on your terms. Here I share why this work matters so much to me.
