Reclaim Your Story. Heal at Your Own Pace.

Trauma can change the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Trauma affects the whole person - body, mind and spirit, and can change the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

At A New Page Integrative Therapy, I combine proven trauma treatments with a compassionate, whole-person approach—supporting you in making sense of what you’ve been through and finding your way forward with clarity and care.

My work is rooted in over nearly two decades of experience supporting trauma survivors—from women healing after relationship abuse to military veterans navigating PTSD and Military Sexual Trauma.

Signs You Might Benefit from Trauma Therapy

You don’t need a specific diagnosis or a “big T” trauma to seek support. If you recognize yourself in any of the following, trauma therapy may help:

  • You feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, shame, or self-blame

  • You avoid certain people, places, or conversations

  • You struggle with emotional numbness or intense reactivity

  • You have trouble trusting others or setting boundaries

  • You experience nightmares, flashbacks, or intrusive thoughts

  • You’re tired of surviving and ready to start truly living

Trauma can show up subtly or in overwhelming ways.

Both deserve attention, care, and healing.

Healing Tools We May Use Together

Some of the modalities I integrate into  trauma therapy include:

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Neuroplasticity principles to help clients rewire trauma-related thought patterns and behaviors
  • Practices like Yoga and Meditation
  • Intentional breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system
  • Journaling and Expressive Arts
  • For some clients, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) may also be an option to support deeper healing

Together, we’ll create a safe, grounded space where healing unfolds at your pace.
