It’s Not Just About Starting Therapy—It’s About Starting with the Right Person
My own early experience in therapy shaped not only who I am but the therapist I became. I understand the vulnerability it takes to begin—and I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
When I first sought therapy as a young woman, I remember how vulnerable it felt to open up—and how powerful it was to feel truly heard and supported. That experience left a lasting impact. It not only brought me relief and clarity, but also inspired me to pursue this path and become a therapist myself.
Now, with nearly twenty years of professional experience, it’s an honor to walk alongside others on their own journeys—helping them heal, grow, and reconnect with what matters most.
From early on, I recognized how public policy and systemic structures impact people’s daily lives—and I knew I wanted to be part of creating meaningful change. When I decided to become a therapist, I intentionally chose the path of a Clinical Social Worker because my personal values deeply align with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. I believe in the power of advocacy, dignity, and the fundamental right to emotional and mental well-being. For me, Clinical Social Work is more than a career—it’s a lifelong commitment to healing, justice, and human connection.
