With nearly two decades of experience specializing in women’s mental health, I offer a unique blend of compassion, clinical expertise, and deep respect for your lived experience.
My approach is rooted in both clinical expertise and a deep, real-world understanding of how gendered expectations, societal roles, and systemic pressures uniquely impact women’s mental health and sense of self.
Many of the women I work with are successful on the outside—but inside, they feel overwhelmed, lost, or exhausted from holding it all together.
during my undergraduate practicum, counseling survivors of intimate partner violence. Since then, my career has been dedicated to supporting women’s healing, growth, and resilience.
As the Lead Therapist at the YWCA in Tacoma, WA, I provided trauma therapy to survivors, led therapeutic workshops, and trained service providers on supporting women experiencing abuse. Later, at the Puget Sound Department of Veterans Affairs, I provided trauma-focused therapy to women Veterans and created and led empowerment-based therapy groups.
In 2021, I developed and facilitated a continuing education workshop for the NASW of Washington State on the lasting psychological impacts of intimate partner violence—sharing my expertise with other clinicians to deepen the field’s understanding of trauma and recovery.
But my work goes beyond trauma.
I’ve supported women navigating career transitions, divorce, loss, parenting overwhelm, perfectionism, and the quiet grief that can come from feeling invisible in their own lives.
I provide therapy to women across California and Washington State via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Whether you're a professional, a caregiver, a creative, or someone in transition—this work is about you coming home to yourself.
You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge. You're always “on,” juggling career, relationships, responsibilities—and it’s taking a toll. You’re tired of running on empty.
You’re functioning, but not really living. The joy feels distant. Everything feels flat, heavy, or “too much.” You miss the version of yourself who felt alive.
You’re grieving a loss—of a pregnancy, a relationship, or a part of yourself. Whether it's a breakup, miscarriage, or the quiet grief of becoming someone you don't fully recognize, you’re carrying pain that deserves space.
You’re the strong one for everyone else—and it’s wearing you down. You hold it all together. But inside, you’re wondering: Who’s there for me?
Your hormones feel like they’re running the show. PMDD, postpartum shifts, or perimenopause—you’re trying to stay afloat in a body and brain that suddenly feel unfamiliar.
Motherhood isn’t what you expected—and you're afraid to say it out loud.
You love your kids, and you also feel overwhelmed. You just want to be honest without judgment.
You’ve experienced trauma—recent or long ago—and it still affects you.
Whether it’s emotional abuse, sexual trauma, or something else, you’re still living with the impact.
You’re tired of not feeling “enough.” You’re done with perfectionism, body shame, and chasing impossible standards. You want peace.
You struggle to say “no.” You’ve spent years people-pleasing or overachieving, and somewhere along the way, you lost sight of yourself.
You’re exploring who you are—beyond the roles, labels, or expectations. Whether it’s around gender, sexuality, culture, or your inner voice—you’re seeking clarity and belonging.
You feel lonely, even when you’re surrounded by people. You crave deeper connection—within yourself and in your relationships—but you’re not sure where to start.
