Nearly twenty years of experience in the field has shaped the way I approach therapy. Therapy with me is rooted in a thoughtful blend of methods guided by research and years of clinical experience.
My approach is both deeply human and clinically grounded—rooted in compassion, professional expertise, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing. Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all method, I take the time to understand your lived experiences, values, and goals creating a therapy process that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
From our very first session, therapy is about you—your story, your goals, and the pace that feels right. We’ll start by understanding what brings you in and what matters most to you. Using a blend of evidence-based approaches, holistic practices, and trauma-informed care, I’ll tailor each session to your specific needs.
Whether you’re navigating stress at work, healing from trauma, facing relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands—you don’t have to do it alone. My integrative therapy style offers a safe, grounded space to explore what’s weighing on you and move toward the life you want to live.
Hi, I’m Malissa Page, LCSW, BCD—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Washington, and a Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. For nearly two decades, I’ve supported people through trauma recovery, emotional resilience, and meaningful change.
My first role as a counselor was in 2006 helping women heal after relationship abuse. Since then, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of life experiences—from military trauma and PTSD to burnout, anxiety, grief and loss, and the quiet overwhelm that so many high-functioning professionals carry beneath the surface.
After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of Washington in 2009, I continued my education with a postgraduate certificate in the Assessment & Treatment of Psychological Trauma.
I’m trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and most recently KAP—and I’m always learning, refining, and expanding my therapeutic toolkit.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked over a decade at the Department of Veterans Affairs, provided trauma-focused therapy to Combat Veterans and survivors of Military Sexual Trauma, and served in leadership as a Supervisory Social Worker.
I’ve also created and led women’s empowerment workshops, therapy groups, and professional trainings for social service and healthcare providers.
Today, I bring all of that experience into each session—with compassion, curiosity, and a steady presence.
I believe therapy is a collaborative space where your voice leads the way.
My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and practical tools to help you move forward—on your terms. Here I share why this work matters so much to me.
