My approach of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) recognizes the power of Self in each of us, combined with the therapeutic process to support deeper, lasting healing.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help people experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms.
I offer KAP in partnership with trusted doctors who supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. I provide the psychotherapy portion of the experience—offering a calm, grounded space for preparation, reflection and emotional processing so you can integrate your experience into everyday life with greater self-awareness.
KAP isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s a thoughtful, guided process—grounded in your unique experiences, goals, and values. KAP sessions involve your whole self (body, heart, mind, and spirit) during the subjective, conscious experience. I bring professional insight and care to every step of the journey. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you—not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting change. I understand and respect the importance of preparation before, holding presence during, and integration after for deep, lasting healing.

Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD. In Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), ketamine works gently yet powerfully to create space for healing. It helps by shifting brain activity in ways that support emotional growth, clarity, and relief from persistent patterns of depression or anxiety.
Ketamine affects a brain chemical called glutamate, which plays a key role in mood and thought patterns. By interacting with glutamate receptors, ketamine encourages the brain to form new pathways—supporting neuroplasticity, or the brain’s ability to change and adapt. This process can lead to greater emotional flexibility, insight, and the ability to respond differently to life’s challenges.
What many clients appreciate is that ketamine often works quickly. Its mood-lifting effects may begin within hours and can last for days or even weeks. When combined with the safety and structure of therapy, these effects can help you explore new perspectives, release stuck patterns, and take meaningful steps toward healing.
The effects of ketamine typically last around 45 minutes, and many clients describe the experience as gentle, introspective, or emotionally expansive. Some people feel a sense of distance from everyday thoughts or bodily sensations, while others report shifts in perspective or increased access to emotions and memories.
During your session, you’ll be in a comfortable, supported setting—lying down, eyes covered if you choose, with therapeutic music to support the experience. I’ll be present throughout, offering quiet support or therapeutic guidance, depending on your preferences and needs.
Once these effects subsided, we’ll spend the remainder of our appointment giving you space to process and discuss your experience. While it may feel hard to articulate what happened during the experience, clients feel like the insights gained are none-the-less clear.

My passion for KAP was sparked by a deep curiosity about how this breakthrough treatment could unlock insights and lasting healing.
As I explored the powerful research behind ketamine’s ability to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety, I felt a profound sense of hope—and excitement—for what this could mean for so many people who’ve felt stuck for far too long. That journey led me to experience KAP for myself—and what I discovered was profound: a new level of insight and emotional renewal that reached places traditional therapy often struggles to unlock.
I’m honored to support my clients as they tap into this incredible tool for healing—drawing on my expertise to help them prepare with intention, process their experiences with care, and integrate lasting change into their everyday lives.
